Ive been to a number of Dara's breathwork sessions. She is by far the best breathwork guide I have come across. Her methods are gentle and manageable and she is supportive and attentive throughout. I get something different out of it everytime I go and, everytime it's exactly what my body needs.

The moment I met Dara, I felt at ease. She was warm and welcoming, the breathwork was fantastic and I really went on my own journey, I felt energised and relaxed at the same time . I most unique thing about this breath work was the amount of information we got to take home with us to use in everyday life. She was so informative which was a great bonus . Would recommend

Experienced 1st breathwork this evening, got it as a present for Xmas and what can I say. It hard to put into human words, it was very deep, visual and enjoyed intimate time with my
energy field, feeling it and getting deep feedback messages. Just incredible experience to do inner work. Dara held a beautiful space and I would highly recommend to anyone. I had my first breathwork journey recently with Dara and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish....almost difficult to put into words. Dara created a warm and safe feeling space for the journey and took time to explain the process beforehand. I will definitely be returning.
