Wow, wow, wow! I was blown away by this wonderful experience. I was shocked by the emotions that it brought up but felt a sense of calm and ease at the end of the breathwork journey. I was blown away by the experience at Dara's recent Breathwork workshop. I've done lots of different types of workshops from mindfulness, yoga, sound baths etc. but this was truly special and magical. It's hard to put into words how beautiful the experience was.
